The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The property was impeccable, clean and with a fresh smell all across. The positioning of the hotel is just perfect, surrounded by nature, independent from the restaurants or busy areas, which meant that it was very quiet and relaxing in the room, balcony or sitting areas. The view from the balcony was something else, and the treatment we did in the spa was amazing! I’ve had the body relaxing massage and I must say this was the best I ever experienced. Any positive review to this place is an understatement, these guys are well ahead into premium customer experience.

All the hotel facilities were clean and of high quality - a large SPA, tasty breakfast, large rooms, a modern restaurant, and a fancy lobby. The breakfast is varied, offering cold and hot snacks, fruits, and coffee from coffee machines, with the option to pay extra for even higher-quality coffee or food. Except for an odd interaction on the check-out day, the hotel staff has been AMAZING - friendly, helpful and respectful, always available around the hotel. In conclusion, the experience was great for us, I would return for a relaxing weekend and would recommend it to other people.

The outdoor jacuzzi was a particular highlight, offering a perfect place to unwind with a stunning view. My room also had a beautiful view that made the stay even more special. The dining experience at the Altitude restaurant was fantastic—highly recommend the tuna filet and duck breast, which were both cooked to perfection. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for relaxation and quality!

The room service was also on point. Overall, I would definitely visit again, next time during the winter months. We also love the food, the pool area which is very beautiful and the staff is nice.
